Carlos E. Sosa

Mr. Sosa has extensive and diversified experience in the areas of legal malpractice defense, real estate and suretyship. He advises insurance companies and sureties, as well as developers and contractors. He has trial experience involving many types of insurance, and is an expert on various forms of surety bonds, including payment and performance bonds, notary, fidelity, as well as license and permit bonds.

Mr. Sosa obtained his BA degree from Loyola Marymount University and his JD from Loyola School of Law. He has conducted seminars on the handling and processing of surety bond claims.
