John M. Pagan

Mr. Pagan joined the firm in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pagan was assistant chief counsel and vice-president of claims for Surety Company of the Pacific and has extensive experience with various forms of surety construction bonds. He has considerable experience in the processing and investigation of surety claims.

Mr. Pagan obtained his B.A. degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. degree from University of Los Angeles School of Law.
